| Property tax reform, to include capping local property taxes and replacing the state's heavy reliance on municipal propery taxes to a system that is more progressive and fair. Education funding reform. The current funding system has created a disparate educational system and is unfair burden to taxpayers. Legalize medical marijuana, legalize small quantities of personal use marijuana, regulate and tax. This would help those in medical need have access to medical marijuana for treatment purposes and create additional revenue sources for the state. Additionally, we would allocate less law enforcement, judical and prison resources for marijuana use. |
